Quick Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Timeframe: You can request a return or an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Core Requirements: Products must be in their original, unused condition, completely sealed in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Shipping Fees: The customer bears all shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges (shipping fees are strictly non-refundable).

• Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items):

  • Custom prescription lenses (the lens cost is non-refundable; only the frame can be returned for a refund).

  • Opened contact lenses, clearance items, and outlet/end-of-season sales.

  • Additional accessories (lens cleaners, cases, and contact lens solutions) due to health and hygiene reasons.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to the original card for online credit card payments. For Cash on Delivery (COD), the amount will be credited to your store account balance for future purchases (all refunds are processed after our team inspects and verifies the item's condition).
